It’s easy to overspend during BTS. Ever if you only buy the essentials, those items can run into a lot of money. You must sit down with your list & create a budget. Knowing ahead of time what BTS is going to cost prevents surprises.
Now that you have cleaned things out & organized what you keep, you should inventory what you have. Then you are ready to make a list of the items needed for the new school year.
BTS prep includes so much information, so many lists. Keep everything together in a master notebook. Create a tab for each of your kids & a general tab with budget, shopping lists, calendar & more.
Guilt thrives the more we keep it to ourselves. guilt begins deep within us & likes to stay there. The longer we keep it locked up, the more it grows & multiplies. We feel shame when we haven’t done anything wrong.
A guilt trip is a lonely journey. We rarely take a companion along with us. Those around us may suffer because of our guilt but they aren’t able to ease it. We are unable to share our burden with others so they might carry part of it for us.
